valume of a rectangle

In this blog we are going to learn about how to calculate volume of a rectangle. Also see the given link to know about how to find volume?

In Rectangle two opposite sides are equal and parallel and the measure of each angle is 90 degree. It is also an example of a parallelogram.

Volume of a rectangle is the measure of how much space the object takes up.

Volume of a rectangle can be calculated by taking the length (l), breadth (b), and height (h).

Here is the area of rectangle formula is given below:

V=l X b X h

Where,

V=Volume of Rectangle

l=Length of Rectangle

b=Breadth of Rectangle

h=Height of Rectangle.

The unit for the Volume of Rectangle is m 3 (metre cube).

Next time we will solve some problems on how to calculate area of a rectangle using this formula .To know more about geometry concept i would like suggest you to go for online geometry word problems to know more about geometry concept.
